Welcome to Paragon Mills Elementary School

children Paragon Mills Elementary:
School of Excellence

The faculty and staff of Paragon Mills Elementary strive to provide our students with the best education possible.  Students are our first priority, and we are committed to providing a safe, positive learning environment for all of our students.  Our teachers are highly qualified and work hard to meet the needs of each student.

Paragon Mills Elementary was recently awarded "Tennessee's Most Effective School."  Our school ranked in the top 20% of elementary schools in Tennessee in raising the achievement of its students.  We received a banner, a certificate and a "Golden Apple" award.  We also received a "Red Apple" award for making Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP), which means our school is in good standing.

We love the wonderful diverse population in our school.  We have many students from all over the world representing 23 countries with 15 different languages spoken.  Each of our students represents a unique blend of cultures which makes our school very special.  We also love our parents and welcome them to be involved in their child's education.  Let's continue to work together for the benefit of our children.

Thank you for all your support.  If we can ever be of help, please don't hesitate to let us know.
